Shipping Info

We ship worldwide but please understand the delivery times may vary from your location. Our rates are fixed, affordable and secured. We ship from Belgium, Europe.

All vinyl parcels are shipped registered, expect small orders of a few cassettes. If you do want registered shipping on a single cassette order, contact us.

Please read and respect the buyer limitations. With some items we offer only 1 or 2 copies per order. If you order more then the allowance, your order will be cancelled. No exceptions.

We generally don't offer refunds. All items are packed in sturdy packaging so we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. However, if within 7 days of purchase a disagreement is reached between buyer and seller, we can refund the item for 85% to compensate the loss of Bandcamp and Paypal fees.

All items of your order ship together. If you buy an item in pre-order, the other items will be shipped in the same package. All estimated delivery times are written in the item's description. Unless differently noted, all items will ship out within 3 to 5 working days.

Pre-orders are subject to a different shipping date. If we experience a factory delay it can happen that the items will be ready later. Please follow our Instagram account for up to date information. If we exceed the estimated shipping date we inform all current orders of the situation via e-mail.

If an order comes back to us from a wrong address or you failed to pick it up at your post office, we will recharge the extra mailing costs to ship the package again.

We don't hold or reserve items. However, you can add more items to an existing pre-order but only if you contact us through the contact form. If you see a new item you want to add to your existing pre-order, please don't buy it first and ask for mail refunds. This is complicated with transaction fees. We will not merge orders once they are bought.
